CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in the hemp plant. Like other cannabinoids, it binds to receptors in the human body and triggers certain reactions.CBD interacts with the human body's endocannabinoid system, part of a regulatory system that plays a key role in maintaining balance in various body functions. The endocannabinoid system is made up of receptors, endocannabinoids, and enzymes that work together to maintain homeostasis - the body's internal state of equilibrium.

When there is a problem in the body, our endocannabinoid system releases its own cannabinoids to restore balance. It helps the body gradually heal itself after an illness or injury. But sometimes our body cannot produce enough cannabinoids on its own. Then their deficiency occurs, which can cause various problems. This is called clinical endocannabinoid deficiency.
