Preparation:

  • Pour 1 tablespoon of herbal mixture with 300ml of hot, not boiling water.
  • Leave to infuse for 5-7min. At the beginning of lubrication, we recommend adding a drop of oil or butter to the tea for maximum effect.
  • Then strain the tea. You can sweeten to taste, preferably with honey.
